Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NORTH HILL SHELL GAS STATION. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and reporting.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
