Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NORTH HILL SHELL GAS STATION. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring the store is stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets company standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills.
