Career Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Bellevue Park. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
  • Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.


Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration).
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certification.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
