We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CareCorp Seniors Services, a trusted company providing superior healthcare and support services to long-term care and assisted living facilities across British Columbia.

Job Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Monitoring residents' health status and reporting any changes to the nursing team.
  • Educating residents and their families on health management and wellness.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
  • Ensuring compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration).
  • Current CPR/First Aide Certification.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
