Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Senior Long-Term Care Nurse Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
- Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Flexible Schedule - Chose the vacant shifts you are available to work.
- Paid time off and holiday pay.
- Overtime pay.
- Flexible language requirement.
- 8 hour shift.
- Day shift.
- Evening shift.
- Night shift.
The hourly rate for this position is $84 per hour.
