About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assisting in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:A valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration).Current CPR / First Aid Certification.Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
