  2. Product Knowledge: Stay current on knowledge of equipment, parts, service, promotions, and financing available.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build relationships with all internal departments to support sales and customer activities, conduct equipment and product demonstrations, and create brand awareness in your area that meets our standards of quality.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Post-secondary education in Ag Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Passionate about agriculture.
  • Extensive knowledge of agriculture equipment.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and computer skills.
  • 3+ years of previous sales experience.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products.
  • Significant independent travel, valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

We Are Looking For: A sales professional who is passionate about agriculture, has extensive knowledge of agriculture equipment, and strong time management, organizational, and computer skills.
