**Status**: Full Time Permanent

**Wage**:Base Salary + Commission + Company Vehicle + Expenses. Based salary is $50,000 to $60,000. Total Compensation is only limited by your sales. The expected range depending on your sales success is $60,000 - $100,000 per annum.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Director of Sales you will be responsible for Managing a Territory in the Lower Mainland. You will call on pubs, restaurants, private liquor stores, and government liquor stores. Your goal will be to professionally grow sales in your territory.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an aggressive territory sales plan identifying key short and long term opportunities.
- Deliver superior customer service by being highly responsive, providing promotional support, and offering more value than the competition.
- Support accounts with product training, contests, and events.
- Schedule and conduct in store tastings.
- Maintain and update the CRM system for your accounts and activities.
- Attendance at various beer festivals and events.
- Represent Bridge in a Professional manner.
- Other duties as requested by management.

**Key Competencies & Requirements**
- Must be self-motivated, honest, hard working, and have a passion for craft beer.
- Enjoy the challenges and rewards of the sales cycle.
- Professional communication skills.
- Capable of making quality business decisions

**Education & Experience**:

- University degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Include your cover letter and resume in Word or PDF format.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
