Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues and Provide Excellent Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We participate in a government or community program that supports newcomers and refugees, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their new role.
- Support for Youth: We offer on-the-job training, mentorship, and coaching to help youth develop their skills and knowledge.
