Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at MYRA Systems Corp. This is a permanent position with a salary of $65,000 per year.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks. You will also be involved in maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Identify and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
  • Develop and implement procedures for resolving common technical issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
