Job Title: Cloud Solutions Partner Manager

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Partner Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization, you will play a critical role in driving cloud growth for our partners and Microsoft.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and manage partners for our Cloud Platforms across the United States.
  • Identify, qualify, engage, and drive strategic partnerships and solutions on Microsoft's Cloud Platforms.
  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with partners to establish strategic alignment and drive growth.
  • Create and execute Strategic Partner Plans to secure commitment, grow partner business, and promote cloud consumption and digital transformation.
  • Recommend and tailor training to partners on relevant topics to enhance partner readiness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 5+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or an advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or a related field AND 8+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience.
