About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. As a Cloud Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their cloud transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale cloud migrations and modernization projects, ensuring successful program completion and customer benefits realization.
  • Engage with customer executives, technologists, and partners to solve complex business problems using advanced technologies.
  • Implement cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects, and lead technical and non-technical transformation project teams.
  • Work across broad functional teams to drive secure and robust solutions, leveraging your experience with cloud services and software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses.
  • Develop and execute business cases, thought leadership, and customer-facing work to drive customer adoption and growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
  • Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects, or similar.
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
  • Experience working at or consulting for a SaaS business.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience transforming a software company from a traditional software license business model to a SaaS business model.
