Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SAMAYRA FOODS INC. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations and Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Setting
    • Food service establishment
    • Restaurant
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years
