Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Representative with Advantage Solutions, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with retail accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading sales and marketing agency and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail account operations personnel at store and market levels
  • Effectively communicate and present sales information to retail customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
