Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Property Administrator to support the daily operations and management of a large-scale commercial property portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Property Management team in handling tenant inquiries, utility invoices, and maintenance requests.
  • Assist in creating service contracts and coordinating repairs.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including rent collection and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with tenants for accounting and accounts receivable matters.
  • Prepare year-end reconciliations and annual rental advice letters.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Assistant Regional Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Administrator.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve quality results.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • JDEdwards knowledge is an asset.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
