Your MissionThe Senior Client Specialist - Banking will oversee client relationships, manage escalations, prioritize communications, and coordinate requests between departments. The role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction through effective service management and proactive problem resolution in a dynamic commercial environment.
Your Responsibilities- Act as a primary intermediary for the client, listening to their needs and requirements; serve as the main point of contact for escalations.
- Receive and prioritize client calls and emails.
- Manage client requests and ensure follow-up.
- Coordinate various requests between work teams.
- Monitor service quality, prepare monthly service agreement reports, and other related reports.
- Maintain client profiles in the information system.
- Maintain and generate reports on associated client management databases.
- Produce, validate, and invoice special service requests.
- Coordinate supply and stationery orders.
- Conduct in-depth research to find missing elements to complete transactions and support clients with contract treasury management aspects.
- Support and participate in weekly/monthly client meetings with sales teams.
- Have knowledge of accounting (understanding of general ledger accounts, debits, credits, etc.).
- Bring new ideas to improve our processes.
- Participate in solution design.
- Participate in the implementation of recommendations and facilitate adoption by the team if necessary.
- All other related tasks for customer excellence and client relationship improvement.
- Expert researcher.
- Knowledge of back-office banking and accounting.
- Excellent team player.
- Knowledge or experience in cash management and secure transportation (an asset).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual (spoken/written) in English and French.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and various software (Freshdesk).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
