About the Role:
The Senior Client Specialist - Banking Expert is a key member of our Cash Services team, responsible for maintaining exceptional client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role requires a high level of expertise in banking operations, cash management, and secure transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for banking clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage client requests and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate requests and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor service quality and prepare reports on client satisfaction and service agreements.
- Maintain accurate client profiles and databases, ensuring up-to-date information and records.
Requirements:
- Expertise in banking operations, cash management, and secure transportation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bilingual (English and French) with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
