Job Title: Senior Client Specialist - Retail Banking Clients

Your Mission:

  • Act as a primary contact for clients, listen to their needs and requirements, and handle escalations.
  • Prioritize and manage client calls and emails.
  • Coordinate requests between departments.
  • Monitor service quality, prepare monthly reports on negotiated service agreements, and other related reports.
  • Maintain client profiles in the computer system.
  • Generate and validate invoices for special services.
  • Coordinate supply and stationery orders.
  • Conduct research to complete transactions and support clients with contract treasury management aspects.
  • Participate in sales team meetings with clients.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and participate in solution design and implementation.
  • Perform any other related tasks to enhance customer service excellence and improve client relationships.

Profile:

  • Expert in research.
  • Knowledge of banking back-office and accounting.
  • Strong team player.
  • Experience in treasury management and secure transportation (an asset).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) spoken/written.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and various computer software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professionalism, autonomy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
