Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Partner, to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for our key direct-to-consumer brands, such as Crave and other digital properties with our platform partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for key direct-to-consumer brands
  • Conduct frequent analyses of campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and better understand our customer base and competitive positioning
  • Establish relationships with key advertising partners and leverage key opportunities to maximize ROI
  • Optimize digital campaigns using frequent data analysis and testing
  • Analyze campaign metrics and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create acquisition campaigns and determine common efforts between teams or products
  • Establish reporting functions and communicate learnings and results to key stakeholders on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the audience
  • Act as a subject matter expert for digital marketing developments and best practices in customer acquisition marketing
  • Work closely with our internal digital media agency
  • Establish and manage campaign budgets

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing conversion-based marketing strategies throughout the customer's digital journey
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, competition, and customer habits, from Apple downloads to IAP partner sign-ups
  • Exceptional analytical skills; strong focus on ROI
  • Experience with data segmentation and customer analysis as a basis for discovering exploitable opportunities
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and drive change
  • Dynamic, team-oriented, and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly evolving work environment, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in a digital media agency, a significant asset
  • Bilingualism (French and English), a significant asset
