Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our Partner Marketing, Direct-to-Consumer team at Bell Canada. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership marketing programs that drive subscriber growth, revenue, and engagement with our platform partners and digital distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive subscriptions, revenue, and engagement for key DTC brands such as Crave and other digital properties with our platform partners.
- Conduct Campaign Analysis: Conduct frequent analysis on campaign/program performance to optimize efforts for the most efficient marketing mix, better understand our customers, and our competitive positioning, and to achieve KPIs.
- Build Relationships: Build relationships with key advertising partners and leverage key insights to maximize performance.
- Optimize Digital Campaigns: Optimize digital campaigns through frequent testing and data analysis.
- Analyze Campaign Metrics: Analyze digital campaign metrics and present optimization recommendations.
- Work Cross-Functionally: Work cross-functionally with other stakeholder teams to create acquisition campaigns, as well as identify shared efforts across products or teams.
- Assemble Reporting Capabilities: Assemble reporting capabilities and communicate learnings and results with all key stakeholders on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cadence based on audience.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date on industry developments in OTT services and best practices for acquisition marketing.
- Collaborate with Internal Agency: Work in close collaboration with internal digital media agency.
- Manage Campaign Budgets: Build and manage campaign budgets.
Critical Qualifications:
- Education: 4-year College/University degree or equivalent; Business Marketing, Advertising, and/or Business Strategy. MBA an asset.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years' experience in a Digital Marketing role with a proven track record in developing conversion-based marketing strategies across the digital consumer journey.
- Industry Knowledge: Expert knowledge in digital marketing industry trends, competition, and customer buying habits from apple downloads to sign-ups with IAP partners.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills; strong focus on ROI.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Influence and Change Management: Ability to influence key stakeholders, as well as initiate and drive change.
- Team Player: Highly energetic team player with the ability to work collaboratively within the Partner Marketing team and cross-functionally with other key stakeholder groups.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Digital Media Agency Experience: Digital media agency experience considered a very strong asset.
- Bilingualism: Bilingualism (English and French), considered a very strong asset.
