KDigitalLabs INC is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing and developing databases, operating database management systems to analyze data, and developing and implementing data administration policies, standards, and models. Your expertise will be crucial in researching and documenting data requirements, data collection, and administration policy, as well as data access rules. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models. Your skills in writing scripts related to stored procedures and triggers will also be valuable in this role. * Design and develop databases to meet business needs
* Operate database management systems to analyze data
* Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models
* Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy
* Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage and for the backup and recovery of data
* Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators
* Write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers

**Requirements:**

* College/CEGEP education
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Strong background in data administration
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
