Your primary focus will be on collecting data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure, developing and implementing a strategic blueprint for database deployment, and ensuring the security and integrity of our data.

Responsibilities:

* Collect data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure
* Develop and implement a strategic blueprint for database deployment
* Develop and maintain computer databases
* Document customers\u2019 requirements for projects
* Document reporting needs, queries, logic, results, and recommendations to other information systems professionals
* Enact measures to ensure unauthorized users cannot access the data
* Liaise with staff on data requirements, collection, and availability
* Provide advice to other informatics professionals regarding database management tools
* Setup the IT infrastructure to allow applications to access databases
* Test data models and database management systems

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
* Fast-paced environment
* Work under pressure
* Tight deadlines
* Repetitive tasks
* Attention to detail
