Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at S&J Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area and will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
