Job Title: Store Supervisor

Job Summary: Asadi Enterprises Inc is seeking a highly skilled Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their activities.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash effectively.
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of office and volunteer staff.
  • Manage cash and conduct performance reviews.

Requirements: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
