We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented establishment administrator to join our team at Whyte Ave Landscape Supplies Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.



Key Responsibilities


  • Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Establish Work Priorities: Determine and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Coordinate Office Services: Oversee the planning and coordination of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist with Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare Reports and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform Data Entry: Enter data accurately and efficiently to maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee Administrative Procedures: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Oversee Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.


Requirements


  • Quick Books and MS Office skills are essential.
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload.
  • Flexibility, organized, reliable, time management, and team player skills are required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week work schedule.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
