We are seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team at Chatsworth Fine Homes. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to construction, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials. You will also be required to read blueprints to determine work requirements and perform routine maintenance work.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be physically fit to handle heavy loads. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Reading blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing drywall sheets
  • Performing other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Installing metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, using hand and power tools

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical fitness to handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
