About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of eLearning. As a key member of our global team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement innovative online learning programs that drive personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across various social media platforms to attract and engage with our target audience.
  • Implement lead generation techniques and provide expert guidance to our team.
  • Conduct structured interviews and facilitate the provision of information to applicants.
  • Organize online Q&A sessions and provide mentorship to new clients.
  • Build a successful online presence and grow your personal brand using diverse marketing methods.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, either as an independent contractor or with a reputable company.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, strong communication skills, and experience with Zoom.
  • Background in digital marketing is preferred.
