About the Role

As a Director of Education and Learning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across various platforms, as well as learning and implementing lead generation techniques through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to build a successful online presence and grow your personal brand.
  • Conduct structured interviews with candidates over the phone, with training and scripts provided.
  • Facilitate the provision of information to suitable applicants and arrange online Q&A sessions.
  • Mentor and support new clients, offering guidance and training to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, e-learning, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the basic functionality of major social media apps, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills, including proficiency with Zoom.
  • Experience in digital marketing and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
