About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Director to join our team at B And E Supplies Ltd. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations of our company.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production progress, quality control, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of workers to ensure that production targets are met and that quality standards are maintained.
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support manufacturing operations.
  • Set up and maintain equipment to optimize production processes.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Maintain a physically accessible work environment by implementing appropriate accommodations for employees with disabilities.
  • Provide settlement support to newcomers and refugees, including assistance with housing, transportation, and language training.
  • Offer mentorship and networking opportunities to Indigenous employees.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or industrial engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
