The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategic execution of our Academic Plan, focusing on Teaching and Learning initiatives. As the Associate Vice President, Teaching and Learning, you'll play a critical role in supporting academic excellence across the Academic Division. This includes restructuring and ensuring our programs meet the diverse needs of learners and industry.
You'll work closely with school deans, directors, and other stakeholders to support and pursue our vision of being a global leader in applied education. We're looking for someone with 10 years of experience in teaching and learning management, including 5 years in a senior-level leadership position. A master's degree is required, with a doctoral degree in an applied discipline recommended.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the strategic execution of the Academic Plan, focusing on Teaching and Learning initiatives.
- Support academic excellence across the Academic Division, including restructuring and ensuring programs meet diverse needs.
- Work closely with school deans, directors, and stakeholders to support and pursue our vision.
- Lead change through a proactive and strategic approach, inspiring and engaging a wide range of people.
- Develop and articulate a strategic vision, synthesizing the work of different divisions.
