About the Role

As a Retail Store Operations Manager at Circle K, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize your skills in management, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources, meet sales targets, and maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Plan and Organize: Develop and implement plans to improve sales, increase customer satisfaction, and optimize store operations.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure adequate coverage and provide training to enhance their skills.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to improve financial performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
  • May require standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting light objects
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 per year, based on the national average for a Retail Store Operations Manager in the United States. In addition, we provide benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
