Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at RAINBOW GAS SHELL. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of retail staff
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Authorize returns and process sales transactions
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
