Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mission Thrift Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and develop staff to meet business objectives.
  • Manage store appearance, including visual merchandising and maintenance of store fixtures and equipment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
