Flight Test Engineer

At Bombardier, we are seeking a highly skilled Flight Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Flight Test Engineering Team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing flight tests to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate aircraft performance and safety.
- Conduct flight tests to gather data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test plans align with business objectives.
- Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support test plans and procedures.
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (P. Eng.) or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace engineering, including flight test engineering.
- Master's degree in engineering or aviation and/or test pilot school graduate.
- Understanding of civil/commercial aircraft certification Part 25 requirements.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project & Access).
- Self-motivated and excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to remote locations for short and extended periods.
