Dietitian II, Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian II to join our team at BC Children's Hospital. As a Dietitian II, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutrition care to patients with gastrointestinal and hepatological disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for patients with complex nutritional needs.
- Conduct nutrition assessments and screenings to identify patients at risk for malnutrition.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement nutrition-related treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on nutrition-related topics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in pediatric nutrition.
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nutrition, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
