Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DOOKBAEKI KOREAN RESTAURANT - WEM. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, maintaining accurate records of our operations.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff, ensuring that we are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
