Join The Chopped Leaf as a Senior Restaurant Operations Manager and take the lead in managing our restaurant's daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager to join our team, someone who can oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from inventory management to customer service.

You will work closely with our kitchen staff, servers, and other support teams to ensure that we are providing our customers with the best possible dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that we always have the necessary supplies on hand.
  3. Ensure that our restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  4. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential items, sourcing high-quality products at competitive prices.
  5. Develop strong relationships with clients, negotiating catering or facility use agreements that benefit both parties.
  6. Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service, building a positive reputation for our restaurant through personal interactions.
  8. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, continuously improving processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
