Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Steve's Poke Bar (Metrotown) Inc. in Vancouver, BC.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, health and safety protocols, and customer service.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
- Manage cash handling, point of sale systems, and electronic cash registers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including criminal record checks and transportation/travel requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
- Availability for shift or on-call work, and willingness to relocate for this position.
- Free parking available.

- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
