About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Khushwant Singh Personal Real Estate Corporation. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
