Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, kneeling
