Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Tim Horton's, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and walking
Work Environment:

Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work on site and may be exposed to noisy, odorous, and wet/damp environments.
