Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring the quality of our food and service.
