Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Recruiting Concepts Inc. as a key member of our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and oversight of all warehousing functions, including receiving and distribution, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials
  • Oversee inventory management and control systems to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of stock levels
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse employees to achieve goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with warehouse management software and systems
  • Knowledge of inventory control and management principles
  • Certification in forklift operation or other material handling equipment
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
