About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dining Room Manager to join our team at Sri Anagha Datta Society of Calgary. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our dining room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Qualities

  • Transportation
    • Valid driver's license
    • Own vehicle
Working Conditions
