About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at PAULS PIZZA & STEAKHOUSE. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate kitchen equipment and appliances to prepare and cook food items.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining room and kitchen areas.
    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.

    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
