Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dining Room Manager to join our team at Sri Anagha Datta Society of Calgary. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices and services.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
