Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and prospective residents, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, prospective residents, and colleagues.
- Provide timely and effective resolution of resident inquiries, feedback, and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
- Conduct viewings and showings of available units, promoting Centurion's value proposition and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Assist with the administration and leasing of our properties, including maintaining accurate records and completing general clerical duties.
- Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve optimum value for Centurion Property Associates Inc.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a focus on achieving results and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
