Key Responsibilities

The Client Partner - Telecom will serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive long-term partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns.

Account Management

  • Manage client accounts to ensure they receive services that meet their budget and needs.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and growth.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and senior leaders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Provide regular progress reports to clients and senior leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
