About the Role

As a key member of our sales team at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, while also nurturing existing relationships to ensure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursue and secure new insurance clients across all lines of business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring consistent growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
  • RIBO License and insurance industry knowledge are assets, but we provide training for the right candidate.
