Mission et objectifs

L'objectif principal du Dveloppeur en support applicatif est de fournir une assistance technique aux utilisateurs finaux concernant les applications logicielles.

Le rôle consiste à résoudre des problèmes, répondre aux questions et conseiller sur l'utilisation des applications.

Compétences requises
  • Connaissance de C#, HTML, CSS et JavaScript
  • Connaissance de SQL Server
  • Capacité à analyser et résoudre des problèmes
  • Capacité à communiquer avec les utilisateurs et les équipes techniques
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Maîtrise du français langue de travail
Atouts
  • Expérience en WebDev et Delphi
  • Connaissance de SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, PowerQuery, VBA pour Excel et Python
  • SAMLOpenID/OAuth IIS
